Being able to stand in the eye of a moving hurricane while building and maintaining strong relationships throughout the health care delivery system is critical. The consistent expression of empathy for the prospect regardless of whether you’re winning or losing personally can make all the difference in the world.”

Mr. Schimelfenig offers a bit of advice for people searching for medical sales jobs, “Continue to build your skills and contacts within your region. Ask yourself each and every day whether or not what you are doing truly serves your growth path, in terms of skills, network, intellect, and emotional fitness. Ask yourself how you wish to show up each and every day and be consistent.”
